Return

ANARANYA ENTERPRISE™ does not accept returns if the product packaging has been tampered, opened or if the products have been used. If, however, the packaging is still intact and in the same condition as it was when the customer has received the product, customer may contact us for a return.

Note: In Case, The Customer has received Defective / Damaged / Wrong Product; they need to send product photo to helpdesk@anaranya.com.

To return any items you can either contact us through  by sending an email on helpdesk@anaranya.com

Shipping Charges

In case of “Damaged / Defective / Wrong product received”: The Shipping expenses will be beard from our end. Note: The package will be picked up within 4-6 business days from customer’s end.

Replacement can be done under two circumstances:

    • In case the customer has received damaged/defective/wrong product

To replace any items, please inform us at our Customer Care   email at helpdesk@anaranya.com.

Once the shipment gets delivered to the customer & they asked for a replacement for unwanted, uninterested, or wrongly placed products, in these cases so we will not proceed with the replacements

Refund

Once the return is received and inspected, our team will contact the customer to notify you that we have received returned item. We will also notify customer about the approval or rejection of the refund.

Note: Refund will only be done in case the customer has received Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product, Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days, Product can be re-dispatched within 24 hours once the reverse product gets delivered back to us

Time Span of Refund: The process of a refund generally takes 7-10 working days.

Mode of Refund:

Paid Through Debit / Credit Card or Net Banking – Customer will receive a full refund to credit or debit card or net banking for the purchase price of the item after approval of damaged/ defective /wrong product, the refund will be reflected to the account/card/wallet in 10-15 working days.

Paid through COD – The Refund will be made through NEFT directly to customer’s bank account. For that customer need to provide their bank details which include the following information:

      • Name of Account Holder
      • Bank Name
      • Bank Account Number
      • Branch
      • IFSC Code
      • Contact Number

Shipping Policy

Typically, delivery occurs within 5-6 working days.

In some cases the estimated delivery time frame will be longer. From time to time the delivery of specific items will exceed our usual 5-6 delivery window for reasons outside our control.

We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and we will send you an email to let you know when your item has been dispatched by us
